The worlds favorite potter is back with a bang.

And this time his fans are going full throttle to get the maximum of the wizard.

Harry Potter boasts of a cult following which has been growing exponentially every year. JK Rowling would never have imagined in her wildest dreams that her imagination and writing could have half the human population going crazy.

The final book is finally out, and has already broken a lot of world records. It is the largest pre-ordered book in the history of mankind.

As if global warming and climate change were not enough to alter the timing of various seasons across both the hemispheres, the last few years has seen the birth of an entirely new season - a season never ever imagined in the entire history of human kind till the end of the last century, a season whose effects cannot be predicted by the best and the most sophisticated of meteorological devices, a season which strikes both the hemispheres together - today marks the start of that season again this year - the Harry Potter season.

This season not only gets everyone hooked into the same book and the same set of movies at the same time across the globe, it also brings with it a lot of props, events, memorabilia, talks, gossips, shows etc etc...

Now that the season has officially started, its the best time to treat your guests with the Harry Potter theme. Believe me, not just kids but even elders cant get enough of this wizard from Hogwartz. So why not treat them with something which they will remember for a long time to come.

So, start with the invitation cards - special Harry Potter cards can be made to order, or you can choose from the wide variety available on the net.
Then comes the cake, and Harry Potter would be more than happy to add the icing on the cake.
Cakes with the shape and photo of Harry Potter face, or a full sized Harry Potter, or the snap of Hogwortz can make the icing.

Create an ambiance for all the Potter fans. A Nimbus 2000 broom, and a cloak would do just fine. Add to it various cut-outs of various props and faces of various characters of the Harry Potter series and you have perfect theme party.

Ask your guests to wear cloaks to the party - and of course, for those who cannot find one - you can always give them the invisible cloak.

Give them all magic wands as give aways to take home, and try a magic trick or two. And, yes, of course, a magician will do the "trick" for your party. Hire the services of a good magician for your party. If you can, convince the magician to wear the attire of Voldermot, or Professor Snape. That will just take the guests into a virtual Hogwortz tour. The kids will especially love it. Also try and convince your magician to learn a few lines from any of the Harry Potter series and recite them while doing his tricks - then just watch how excited the kids get on his moves.

Have a tattoo painter paint colorful harry potter theme tattoos on your guests. Not only do your guests get to be part of the theme while at the party, but they can carry them back to show off to their friends and family. Have your guests have a choice of various Harry Potter faces/props painted on them.

And most important of all - you'll need a good host - who would not just keep up the tempo according to the theme but who will get the guests to play some special Harry Potter games. The host should not just co-ordinate everything to perfection but should also keep guests entertained till the end.

Tattoo's aint Tabboo

Tattoos have always had a mystic, artistic, sensuous or rebel feel associated with them.

Most people would want to try wearing a tattoo sometime in their lifetime. But most of these dread etching a permanent one on their skin.

Let your guests imagination run wild and let them have their designs painted as tattoo's on their hands, arms or neck or for those naughty ones on their belly or back.

Get a tattoo painter who not only draws good but who also has a good sense of colorful paints. Let the guests decide what they would like to endorse on them and then let the tattoo painter choose the best color for the design. Use safe chemicals and colors which do not harm the skin and which can be washed away in a single wash.

Girls especially love to sport a colorful butterfly, or an artistic colorful design.

Boys like to wear more masculine symbols - a white-headed red eagle or a skull or a Harley Davidson logo work just fine for guys.

You can even have the birthday boy/girl or the anniversary couple's name painted along with the tattoo prints.

Tattoos not only get the guests feel involved and excited, but they can also take it back home, show-off to their friends and thus remember your party for much longer.

Music Magic

The right music sets the right tone for any party.

While throwing a party take utmost care of the kind of ambiance you want to create. Always keep your target guests in mind.

Various occasions and guests combinations demand different kind of music to blow life into a party.

Kids Birthday Party - Most guests are 1-5 yr olds - Make sure you have plenty of chirpy nursery rhymes handy. Some recent hit chirpy numbers also gets them flowing on the party floor.
Kids Birthday Party - Most guests are 5-10 yr olds - Keep a lot of recent dance numbers ready - these age group would be just about learning to get some good dance steps in place and love a platform to show off their talent. Lately, new Bollywood numbers seem to work magic with this age group.
Kids Birthday Party - Most guests are 10+ yr olds or teenagers - These guys now are pro's at dancing and have mastered some neat grooves by now. Give them a non-stop flow of cleverly mixed dance numbers and just watch them burn the dance floor. This group would have loads of energy and have capacity to put their heels to work for a long time. You'll need current, rock, pop, bollywood, western, hip-hop and bambiya music handy and will have to cleanly and cleverly mix it up as per the guests on the floor.
Youth Parties - Most guests are 20-40 yr olds - Whatever be the occasion, this group wants to let their hair down and have a solid ball of a time (of course, since they have a lot of stress to drive away). Give them hit dancing numbers - hindi, western. Make sure you have fir hit oldies dance numbers - these guys a treat to watch dancing to nostalgic numbers. Bachelor parties can have a few naughty numbers included in them.
Mid-age parties - Most guests are 40-55 yr olds - This would usually be a marriage anniversary or similar kind of party with families around. Treat them with ball dance numbers. A mix of romantic songs, old dance numbers, current western, bollywood and bambiya music usually works fine with them.
Old-age parties - Most guests are 55+ yr olds - These guys want to dance, but most of their bodies cannot allow them to do so for long. They love getting nostalgic. Play oldies, romantic songs, slow dance numbers, chirpy numbers and see them clap their hands.
Men-only or women only parties - These groups tend to get a little naughty. Depending on the age group loads of naughty numbers need to be served to them.

A good DJ with a good system, good speakers and a good lighting system creates magic for the parties.

Old age parties or marriage parties may also include live music performances by a live orchestra and singing artists.

Make the music choice wisely and 50% of your party is taken care of.

With the release of Spider Man -3, the Spider Mania is back. And mind you, not just with kids, its a hit amongst grown ups too.

So, what exactly do you have in a Spider Man Birthday Theme?

We provide almost life-size cutouts of the Swinging Spidey. We have the Spider Man spinning his web in various poses and sizes cut out and placed across various spaces across the party hall. The hall is filled with the Spidey in full action.
